Connector trips must be scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A minimum two-hour notice is required for each ride you schedule. You can schedule one ride at a time, or you can arrange multiple rides up to 14 days in advance.
The United Way 2-1-1 (or 800-924-5514) is your gateway to The Connector. You will be asked for some general information regarding your transportation needs and will then be transferred to a reservationist who can assist you with scheduling your ride.
