Using The Connector (Ride Options & Fares)

With The Connector, you will use the regular Valley Transit routes as your primary source of transportation where available. The Connector will connect you to points outside the normal bus route (The Connector Zone). Your Connector trip can work three different ways:

1) Traveling TO The Connector Zone

Valley Transit bus service will take you to the transfer point closest to your final destination and The Connector will transport you the rest of the way. (Bus service must be used during Valley Transit’s normal operating hours. The Connector service will be provided from your pick-up location to final destination during Valley Transit non-operating hours.)

Ride Fare: For each one-way trip, you will pay $1.80* on the bus, and $2.00 on
The Connector.
YOU MUST PAY EACH FARE IN CASH ONLY. EXACT FARE IS REQUIRED – DRIVERS CANNOT MAKE CHANGE.

*For the bus portion of your trip, you will pay the normal fare accepted by Valley Transit: Regular Fare $1.80; Senior/Disabled $.90; 10-Ride Ticket; 30-Day Pass; children under 4 are free. Refer to the Rider’s Guide or call Valley Transit for details (920-832-5800). 

2) Traveling FROM The Connector Zone

Transportation will be provided by The Connector to your nearest Valley Transit bus transfer point. Valley Transit bus service will then take you to your final destination. (Bus service must be used during Valley Transit's normal operating hours.  The Connector service will be provided from your pick-up location to final destination during Valley Transit non-operating hours.)

Ride Fare: For each one-way trip, you will pay $2.00 on The Connector, and $1.80* on the bus.

3) Traveling WITHIN The Connector Zone –

The Connector will transport you from your specified pick-up point to your final destination. (Your trip will not involve use of the Valley Transit bus.)

Ride Fare: For each one-way trip, you will pay $4.00 on The Connector, which will take you from origin to destination.
